A message from
Following the temporary closure of Holywell House on 23rd March due to Covid-19 we continue to look forward for guidance from the government as to when we will be able to re-open in the near future.
We are extremely grateful to many of our guests who have sent us such heart-warming messages of support during these exceptional times.
Whilst the doors have been closed we have been working hard improving facilities to make your future stay with us comfortable and secure with installation of security cameras and new lighting in the car park area.
We are delighted to report that bookings are being taken for overnight stays from 15th July 2020 following guidance from government.
As and when we receive positive information regarding the re-opening of Holywell House we will, of course, keep you up to date. We are extremely aware of the need to look after the care and safety of our much valued customers – returning and new. When we re-open we will be closely following the recommendations in relation to social distancing from the point of enquiry to check out to protect us all.
We look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we are allowed to but in the meantime we send you our very best wishes.
Stay safe and best wishes
Lez Cope Newman and Derek Hunter

All we can say is….. enjoy!
This handsome red brick Victorian building, was built as the vicarage for Loughborough’s Holy Trinity Church in 1878 and over a period of six months was converted from offices to a superior guest house offering rooms for all reasons. We have our own 18 space private car park for use by our customers to the rear of the property complete with disabled bay and ramps leading to the front door.
Holywell House is situated within a very short distance to the University and College, Loughborough Endowed School opposite,Great Central Steam Railway. Nearby Bradgate Park, Beacon Hill, Beaumanor Hall, Prestwold Hall, Everyman Race Track and Donington.
